Q. Operating Times?
A. Monday – Friday: 8am -6pm. We may be able to accommodate ‘Out of Hours’, please get in touch to discuss on our ‘Contact Us’ page or 07875003909.

Q. Is there a collection and drop off service?
A. Yes. We collect and deliver the dogs at your residence.

Q. Form of payment accepted?
A. We accept cash, cheques, bank transfer. Payment is made prior to service being carried out.

Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes. We carry the following: Public Liability, Care Custody & Control of Animals, Non-Negligent Cover.

Q. How many dogs are walked on at any one time?
A. Four dogs are the maximum we take on each Group Trip.

Q. Do you clean the dogs after walking?
A. Yes. However we require your home to clean your dog i.e. with hose, in shower, etc. This is at no extra cost and is a basic wash.

Q. Areas we cover for dog walking service?
A. We cover the following postcode: EH3 6, EH2 1
We also cover the following areas: Colinton and Clermiston.
Other areas are also covered however for individual walks only
Training is covered in various locations

Q. Are there any discounts available?
A. Yes. Discounts are given for block bookings of 5 days per week (10% off)

Q. What happens with cancellations?
A. We offer refunds if your cancellation is within 48 hours prior to commencing of your service.
